En effet, la majorite\u0301 re\u0301gionale d\u2019Herve\u0301 Morin a fait le choix d\u2019une augmentation du prix du train en Normandie a\u0300 partir de mars 2023. Nous avons vote\u0301 contre cette de\u0301libe\u0301ration passe\u0301e en commission permanente sans possibilite\u0301 de de\u0301bat.<\/p>\n<p>Une augmentation de 7% est ainsi pre\u0301vue sur les billets occasionnels des lignes Krono +, soit pour les lignes Paris-Rouen-Le Havre, Paris-Caen-Cherbourg, Paris-Caen et Paris- Deauville\/Trouville. Les billets occasionnels Tempo, valables sur les lignes Krono, Citi, et Proxi (soit toutes les autres lignes que celles de\u0301ja\u0300 cite\u0301es), seront eux augmente\u0301s de 5%. Enfin, tous les abonnements (hors -26 ans) seront majore\u0301s a\u0300 hauteur de 6%.<\/p>\n<p>Nous regrettons cette de\u0301cision et tout particulie\u0300rement l\u2019augmentation du prix des abonnements qui impactera concre\u0300tement les finances des usagers quotidiens du rail normand. Aussi, frappe\u0301s par l\u2019envole\u0301e des prix des carburants, les automobilistes qui pensaient trouver un report modal e\u0301conomique dans le train vont su\u0302rement devoir se raviser.<\/p>\n<p>La majorite\u0301 re\u0301gionale aurait alors pu faire d\u2019autres choix comme cela a e\u0301te\u0301 fait dans d\u2019autres Re\u0301gions franc\u0327aises. En Centre-Val de Loire la Re\u0301gion a vote\u0301 la gratuite\u0301 transports pour les moins de 26 ans. En Occitanie les prix ont e\u0301te\u0301 gele\u0301s et le TER est a\u0300 1\u20ac tous les premiers week- end du mois.
