{"id":2275,"date":"2023-01-30T17:50:12","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T16:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gauchenormande.fr\/?p=2275"},"modified":"2023-02-04T12:30:08","modified_gmt":"2023-02-04T11:30:08","slug":"tgv-des-neiges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gauchenormande.fr\/index.php\/2023\/01\/30\/tgv-des-neiges\/","title":{"rendered":"Les Normands priv\u00e9s de leur TGV des neiges cet hiver"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Nous avons appris avec surprise que les Normands allaient e\u0302tre prive\u0301s de leur \u00ab TGV des neiges \u00bb, train biannuel reliant Cherbourg-en-Cotentin\u2014et toutes les dessertes de la ligne Paris-Caen- Cherbourg\u2014a\u0300 Bourg-Saint-Maurice en Savoie.<\/p>\n<p>Nous regrettons vivement cette de\u0301cision tant sur le fond que sur la forme.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le fond premie\u0300rement, cette ligne e\u0301tait a\u0300 raison tre\u0300s appre\u0301cie\u0301e des Normands. Elle permettait aux familles, du Cotentin au Vexin, de se rendre aux pieds des pistes de ski savoyardes de manie\u0300re e\u0301conomique, e\u0301cologique et pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette suppression aura sans doute un effet dissuasif au recours au train puisque, de\u0301sormais contraints a\u0300 un passage par Paris qui augmentera le cou\u0302t des billets, les familles pourraient ne plus e\u0302tre en mesure de financer le voyage ou alors incite\u0301es malgre\u0301 elles a\u0300 utiliser leur ve\u0301hicule personnel pour effectuer le trajet.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment ou\u0300 les Franc\u0327ais sont touche\u0301s par une double crise\u2014inflationniste et e\u0301cologique\u2014une telle de\u0301cision ne peut e\u0302tre satisfaisante.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, quelques temps apre\u0300s avoir inverse\u0301 les horaires de la seule \u00ab vraie ligne TGV \u00bb de Normandie et cela de manie\u0300re tre\u0300s de\u0301favorable aux usagers de notre re\u0301gion, la suppression du Cherbourg-Bourg-Saint-Maurice sert de rappel (en fallait-il un ?) de l\u2019enclavement subi par les Normandes et les Normands.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, sur la forme, nous regrettons que ni la SNCF Voyageurs ni la Re\u0301gion n\u2019ait communique\u0301 sur ce sujet. Comme d\u2019habitude, nous apprenons cette de\u0301cision par voie de presse. Nous sommes tout aussi e\u0301bahis de l\u2019absence de consultation des e\u0301lus locaux sur des sujets qui impactent leurs territoires.
