Je me f\u00e9licite de la d\u00e9cision de la R\u00e9gion Normandie de renoncer au projet d’\u00e9largissement en 2×2 voies de la N13 entre \u00c9vreux et Chaufour-l\u00e8s-Bonni\u00e8res. J’avais plaid\u00e9, au nom de mes coll\u00e8gues du groupe r\u00e9gional \u00ab La Gauche Normande \u00bb et \u00e0 plusieurs reprises pour son abandon au sein de l’h\u00e9micycle r\u00e9gional face \u00e0 Herv\u00e9 Morin.<\/p>\n

Cette annonce, c’est la victoire d’une mobilisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile face \u00e0 un projet n\u00e9faste pour l’environnement, accidentog\u00e8ne pour les habitants, inutile pour le monde \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision, c’est le triomphe du s\u00e9rieux et du bon sens face \u00e0 un projet qui aurait mobilis\u00e9 entre 90 et 260 millions d’euros d’argent public pour un gain de 2 minutes et 30 secondes pour les automobilistes.<\/p>\n

Un projet auquel, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, plus personne ne croyait \u00e0 part le maire d’\u00c9vreux, qui est donc aujourd’hui publiquement d\u00e9savou\u00e9, dans sa ville m\u00eame, par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion lors de la venue de ce dernier dans la capitale de l’Eure ce vendredi 6 octobre.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision va dans le sens de l’Histoire: celui de l’abandon de projets routiers co\u00fbteux et inutiles \u00e0 nos territoires. Esp\u00e9rons qu’il trouve un prolongement dans le retrait prochain du projet d’autoroute A133-A134 dite de \u00ab contournement Est de Rouen \u00bb, dont l’impact \u00e9cologique serait d\u00e9sastreux pour le d\u00e9partement de l’Eure et la vall\u00e9e de Seine.<\/p>\n

Les fonds pr\u00e9vus pour la 2X2 voies doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier au projet du tram-train Evreux\/Rouen L’agglom\u00e9ration d’\u00c9vreux Porte de Normandie (EPN) aunbesoinimportant d’investissements structurels. Il serait donc injuste que les fonds publics ainsi lib\u00e9r\u00e9s par l’abandon du projet de 2X2 voies soient employ\u00e9s ailleurs, uniquement parce qu’un projet mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9, mal pens\u00e9, mal travaill\u00e9 par M. Lefrand est aujourd’hui annul\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ce que nous demandons est simple : il faut que les financements r\u00e9gionaux puissent \u00eatre utilement r\u00e9employ\u00e9s sur notre territoire, dans un projet utile \u00e9conomique, pour l’emploi et qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re v\u00e9ritablement les mobilit\u00e9s et participe au d\u00e9senclavement du d\u00e9partement de l’Eure.<\/p>\n

C’est le cas du tram-train Rouen-\u00c9vreux pour lequel je suis pleinement mobilis\u00e9 depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et me tiens \u00e0 la disposition de l’ex\u00e9cutif r\u00e9gional avec mes coll\u00e8gues du groupe ainsi que de nombreux \u00e9lus nationaux et locaux du territoire.<\/p>\n

Enfin, le d\u00e9bat sur la 2X2 voies a permis \u00e0 certains de mes coll\u00e8gues maires si\u00e9geant au sein de l’agglom\u00e9ration d’Evreux d’\u00e9voquer le seul b\u00e9n\u00e9fice qu’ils attendaient du projet : la s\u00e9curisation de certains tron\u00e7ons par la conception d’ouvrages adapt\u00e9s.
