Nous nous sommes fermement oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 cette mesure injuste, qui fait peser sur les m\u00e9nages, et en particulier sur les plus pr\u00e9caires, le poids des erreurs de gestion de la majorit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale. D&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;aucune am\u00e9lioration des services publics r\u00e9gionaux n&rsquo;a accompagn\u00e9 cette hausse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, une opportunit\u00e9 existe. Dans le cadre de la loi de finances pour 2025, un amendement port\u00e9 par le ministre MoDem des Transports permet d\u00e9sormais aux R\u00e9gions d&rsquo;instaurer un versement mobilit\u00e9 en tant qu&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 organisatrice des transports. Cette contribution, d&rsquo;un montant de 0,15 % des salaires vers\u00e9s par les entreprises de plus de 11 salari\u00e9s, offrirait un levier de financement in\u00e9dit pour am\u00e9liorer et d\u00e9velopper les services ferroviaires r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous demandons donc que le Conseil r\u00e9gional saisisse cette opportunit\u00e9 en instaurant cette taxe afin de r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt du train et des autres transports collectifs en Normandie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Avec un potentiel d&rsquo;une vingtaine de millions d&rsquo;euros de recettes annuelles, cette mesure pourrait tinancer, sous certaines modalites, la gratuite des transports pour les jeunes le week-end, dont le cout est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 une dizaine de millions d&rsquo;euros par an. Une telle d\u00e9cision aurait un impact direct et concret sur le quotidien des Normands et leur pouvoir d&rsquo;achat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Notons aussi que le conseil r\u00e9gional a annonc\u00e9 il y a quelques une nouvelle augmentation des tarifs des transports scolaires. L\u00e0 aussi, l&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;un versement mobilit\u00e9 au niveau r\u00e9gional permettrait de financer une meilleure prise en charge de ce budget par la collectivit\u00e9 pour soulager les familles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pourtant, sous la pression du MEDEF, Herv\u00e9 Morin et les pr\u00e9sidents de droite des autres R\u00e9gions refusent d&rsquo;activer ce levier, opposant ainsi l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie aux services publics r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous refusons cette r\u00e9signation, continuons \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre des solutions justes et ambitieuses pour notre territoire, et appelons solennellement le pr\u00e9sident de R\u00e9gion \u00e0 prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s en instaurant ce versement mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Face \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation continue des finances de la R\u00e9gion, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":2508,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2507","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-cp"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.1 -
